If you're looking for a job right now, it's easy to get discouraged.

Every day I see posts from people who have applied to hundreds—even thousands—of jobs, only to get a handful of interviews and, in many cases, no offers at all.

One area that seems to be different is sales.

Remote sales positions still appear to be plentiful, and while AI has become remarkably good at qualifying leads and handling routine customer interactions, the actual art of selling—especially high-ticket sales—still depends heavily on people. Building trust, understanding a customer's needs, and knowing how to guide a conversation are skills that technology hasn't fully replaced.

I recently came across a woman on Facebook who shares her experiences working from home in a remote sales role. I found her perspective interesting because she talks openly about the day-to-day reality of the job, what she's learned, and what it actually takes to succeed.

If you've been struggling with the traditional online job market, it might be worth considering remote sales as another path. It certainly seems to be one of the areas where opportunities are still available.
