This is interesting, it’s discussing the events and people, specifically Dr. Harvey Wiley, that led to the consumer protection agency and the FDA….. Wiley was a medical doctor who focused on social justice in the days of laissez-faire food production in the 1800’s. He believed big business was poisoning the public with various additives in the food supply…
